The only good Brolli movie it has an original story line and occurs somewhere in the Cell series (although the movies don't truly make sense when incorporated into the series). It takes place on new planet Vegeta where the original Super Saiya-jin is still alive and because Goku made him cry as a child he has a little grudge and so after the defeat of all the Z warriors Goku receives power from all of his friends and defeats Brolli.
I give this movie a 8.2/10 because it's the only good Brolli movie (in my opinion).
