In this movie Freeza's brother Kooler comes to earth to fight the one who killed his brother (Goku). Unlike his brother Kooler
can transform into another form. Until he transforms into this form Goku is doing pretty well against him but of course Goku defeats him and they live happily ever after until the next movie........
Anyway this movie gets a nice 7.5/10 for the cool animations.
