Kooler is still alive it seems that a thing called the Ghetti star has brought him back to life in a metal form. The Z fighters travel to new namek and discover metal Kooler Goku and Vegeta think that they defeat him by turning him into a fine dust so that he cannot regenerate but to their horror many Kooler come down over a cliff and beat them up.
This movie is not overly bad the fighting scenes are very good so I give this movie 8.2/10.
